Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted garments; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all garment tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Manchester factory team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
